Hey =)
I recently went on a retreat for KΘB - the Catholic sorority I'm in at my church up here in College Station. It was our annual Spring Retreat. They're always really nice. Its always a great break from the craziness of classes, papers, the many organizations I'm involved in. So I knew it would be a nice little break =) And it was. We had wonderful talks, lots of praise and worship, and I had some pretty great conversations with God. He really helped me to realize a few things... One of which I wanted to share =)
It just dawned on me. My faith, and my relationship with God is the ONLY constant thing in my life. I have grown up so much in the last few years, changed in so many ways, moved to college, have had different friends, gone through different boyfriends, (while in the process experiencing love and heartbreak), but God never ONCE left my side. He NEVER changes. His love for me has never failed. He has always been there for me and heard all my prayers. He has been with me through the good and bad, the ups and downs of my life. He really is my Rock - stable, never changing. I pray that He is ALWAYS my constant source of love, comfort, and joy. I pray the same for everyone reading this!!!
